Our principles have always been critical to us, which is why we are always independent in our recommendations, we don’t have preferred suppliers, we don’t send in juniors with a checklist to do a professional's job and we don’t have excessive markups on our costs.
When things go a little awry (which has happened on a very few occasions), we are the ones that make it right – not the ones who immediately make it the client’s issue and use it to charge further costs.
